A Brescia 4 indagati per bancarotta fraudolenta, 2 milioni sequestrati
BRESCIA (ITALPRESS) - I militari del Gruppo di Brescia, nell'ambito di un'attività di polizia giudiziaria in materia di reati fallimentari, hanno analizzato, su delega della Procura della Repubblica di Brescia, gli aspetti di gestione di una ditta individuale (che aveva assunto i caratteri di "impresa familiare") con sede a Concesio (BS) e operante nel settore della commercializzazione dei rottami ferrosi. Gli approfondimenti svolti, in assenza di una contabilità correttamente ordinata, hanno consentito di appurare che i 4 componenti il nucleo familiare avrebbero ritardato il fallimento mediante l'esposizione di crediti "gonfiati" e, contestualmente, posto in essere sistematiche condotte di bancarotta fraudolenta. Più nel dettaglio, le operazioni ricostruite hanno portato al depauperamento del patrimonio aziendale attraverso ripetuti bonifici per complessivi 1,9 mln di euro dapprima verso i propri conti personali e, in seguito, verso una società che, nei fatti, costituisce la "good company" attraverso la quale è proseguita l'attività della fallita.
