La canonizzazione, decisa da Papa Francesco e programmata inizialmente per il 27 aprile, era stata posticipata dopo la morte del pontefice argentino.Abbiamo incontrato due insegnanti di Acutis, Valentina Quadrio che lo ha avuto alle elementari all'istituto Marcelline di Milano e l'insegnante di religione Fabrizio Zaggia, quando Acutis frequentava le superiori al Leone XIII.
A Carlo Acutis, che viene già indicato come prossimo patrono di internet per aver divulgato i miracoli eucaristici attraverso un sito da lui realizzato, sono stati riconosciuti due miracoli, come la guarigione di una ragazza in fin di vita dopo un incidente in bici: la madre aveva pregato ad Assisi presso la tomba di Acutis.
