Gazze Şehri'ndeki Şifa Hastanesi'nin müdürü Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya, son 72 saatte 21 çocuğun yetersiz beslenme ve açlık nedeniyle öldüğünü söyledi.BBC'ye konuşan Dr. Salmiya, Gazze'de 900 bin civarı çocuğun açlık çektiğini ve bunlardan 70 bininin ciddi gıda yetersizliğiyle karşı karşıya olduğunu söyledi.
İsrail'in Gazze'ye yardım girişine yönelik kısıtlamalarını eleştiren Birleşmiş Milletler de "Gazze'de insanları hayatta tutan son can damarları da kesiliyor" ifadelerini kullandı.
Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (WHO) ise Deyr el Balah'taki tesislerinin, İsrail'in Hamas'a karşı operasyonunun başladığı 2023'ten beri ilk defa saldırıya uğradığını açıkladı.
