Dimana, sebelum kecelakaan terjadi, Waluyo mengendarai mobil Toyota Fortuner bernomor polisi AE 1240 JP bersama dengan 2 penumpang yang lain, dan seorang sopir.
Kecelakaan tersebut melibatkan satu unit truk tronton bernomor polisi AA 8469 BP bermuatan kayu.
Kasat Lantas Polres Sragen, Iptu Kukuh Tirto Satria Leksono mengatakan kecelakaan tersebut terjadi pada pukul 03.15 WIB.
