* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) *Tampa, Florida — On Tuesday June 25, 2024, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to an apartment to serve a felony warrant for 27-year-old Quanae Leasia Toussaint. Rather than surrendering to deputies, she locked herself in a room and tried to escape out her second story window. Then deputies grab a hold of her arms from inside the bedroom and hoist her back inside. Toussaint had felony warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm in public or residential property.
