(Agenzia Vista) "Due giorni fa, la Giornata mondiale per la salute e la sicurezza sul lavoro ha riproposto alla attenzione delle opinioni pubbliche una piaga che non accenna a sanarsi. Un richiamo che, in verità, giunge dalle dolenti note di ogni giorno. Le cronache ci restituiscono, pressoché quotidianamente, notizie di lavoratrici e di lavoratori che perdono la vita o rimangono infortunati, nello svolgimento delle loro attività. La sicurezza sul lavoro resta un impegno, un dovere, che non consente rinunce o distinguo. Tra luoghi di lavoro e in itinere sono oltre mille le vite spezzate ogni anno. Nel ricordarle, rinnovando la vicinanza alle famiglie delle vittime, ribadiamo che si tratta di un tributo inaccettabile", così il Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella nel suo intervento in occasione della Celebrazione della Festa del Lavoro e della visita alla Piaggio di Pontedera.Courtesy: Quirinale
