你有沒有過這樣的經驗？一段關係出了問題，你明明已經想了很久，還是覺得自己想不通。白天工作的時候還好，一到了晚上，腦子就開始自動加班。你反覆回想兩個人的對話，讀了很多心理學文章，甚至把訊息交給 AI 分析。手上的解釋愈來愈多，心裡卻沒有比較安定。
因為有些思考，看起來走了很遠，其實每一次都回到同一個地方：「是不是我不夠好？」「果然沒有人會真的留下來。」
想得久，不一定想得深。深度思考與反芻最大的差別，在於每一次回到問題時，有沒有增加新的資訊、修正原來的推測，或者多出一個可以採取的選擇。否則，就算換了很多心理學名詞，也可能只是替同一份痛苦，找到更完整的說法。
這一集，我會陪你一起分辨：什麼是事實，什麼是自己的解釋；為什麼心理學有時會變成思考的片尾曲；以及如何讓現實提供新的資料。
很多關係裡的「想不通」，最後不只是理解的問題，也是決定的問題。真正的決策，不是等到所有事情都毫無疑問，而是在資訊還不完整的時候，看清楚哪些事情還能驗證，哪些代價不能再忽略，再替自己選擇一個下一步。
如果你也常在一段關係裡反覆復盤，卻愈想愈累，這一集想陪你讓思考離開原來的地方。不是急著得到永遠正確的答案，而是多看見一點現實，也替自己找回往前走的選擇。
