Nel corso della trasmissione “In Onda”, il giornalista Paolo Mieli ha commentato la posizione espressa dalla presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni sulla guerra in Iran e sull’attacco condotto da Stati Uniti e Israele. La premier, infatti, aveva dichiarato di non condividere ma nemmeno condannare l’azione militare, spiegando di non avere elementi sufficienti per esprimere un giudizio netto e sottolineando che l’Italia non intende entrare nel conflitto. Secondo Mieli, tra le due parti della frase della premier – il “non condivido” e il “non condanno” – finisce per pesare di più il primo. In altre parole, pur evitando una condanna esplicita dell’iniziativa americana, la posizione del governo italiano lascia emergere una certa distanza rispetto all’operazione.
