(Agenzia Vista) "Le risorse che sono state destinate alla Regione Lombardia, circa 23 miliardi, sono state per lo più distribuite in progetti che avevano una rilevanza a livello di rapporto diretto Comune-Ministero. Noi come Regione abbiamo ricevuto circa 3 miliardi e 700 milioni, che abbiamo investito in realizzazione di case di comunità, in nuovi treni per le nostre linee, e poi una serie di altri interventi... anche la la formazione professionale e altri interventi che erano da noi, per noi necessari. Il PNRR, come sua iniziale impostazione, praticamente non vedeva la partecipazione delle Regioni, soprattutto nella fase di programmazione. E questo è stato l'errore che, secondo me, si è portato poi dietro il il PNRR, nel senso che queste programmazioni sono state fatte senza ascoltare i territori. Poi questo governo ha modificato il tiro ed è venuto a coinvolgere in maggior misura le Regioni e gli enti locali", così il Presidente della Regione Lombardia Attilio Fontana in un video messaggio.Courtesy: Lombardia Notizie
