«Il sospettato dell'omicidio, avvenuto, come noto, nel parcheggio della stazione di Bolgona, è stato identificato con certezza in Marin Jelenic, nato in Croazia il 20 marzo 1989, ripetutamente fotosegnalato, con precedenti per tentato furto, porto abusivo di armi, resistenza a pubblico ufficiale e oltraggio. Il cittadino croato è stato sottoposto a fermo, convalidato dall'autorità giudiziaria, che ne ha disposto la custodia cautelare in carcere. Ricordo che il cittadino straniero in questione aveva ricevuto dal prefetto di Milano un provvedimento di allontanamento dal territorio nazionale, con l'intimazione a lasciare il territorio entro 10 giorni dalla notifica, avvenuta nella stessa giornata, ordine al quale lo stesso non ha ottemperato.
