President Donald Trump vowed to find other ways to tax foreign goods after the Supreme Court rejected his most aggressive tariffs earlier this year. On Thursday, his administration unveiled its latest workaround.Starting at 12:01 a.m. Friday, dozens of America’s trading partners from Europe to China to India will face new tariffs of 10% to 12.5% on goods shipped to the United States, according to a statement from the office of the US Trade Representative on Thursday. Goods from the 60 affected trading partners encompass 99.4% of US imports, the US Trade Representative said.
