Filmde, bir adamın sevdiği kadına kavuşmak için kuzeniyle yaşadığı mücadele anlatılır. Ferdi, amcası Musa’nın babasından kalan mirasa el koymasından dolayı yoksulluk içinde büyür. Aralarındaki husumeti bitirmek için amcası Musa, kızı ile Ferdi’yi evlendirmeye karar verir. Ferdi ise kasabaya yeni gelen genç ebe Leyla ile birliktedir. Leyla’yı gören Dündar ona zorla sahip olmaya çalışır. Dündar’ı durdurmak isteyen Ferdi onu topal bırakarak tutuklanır. Hapisten çıkan Ferdi, eski hayatını geride bıraksa da Leyla’yı unutamaz. Kader ikisini bir kez daha karşılaştırır. Fakat Leyla eski Leyla değildir. Artık Ferdi’nin tek amacı bunlara sebep olan Dündar’dan intikam almaktır.
