Geheimdienstreform: Mehr Befugnisse für BND und Verfassungsschutz - Zugriff auf Smartphones, Bomben-Attrappen und bessere Spionage

Deutschlands Nachrichtendienste sollen deutlich mehr Befugnisse erhalten. Die geplante Geheimdienstreform sieht vor, dass BND und Verfassungsschutz nicht mehr nur Gefahren beobachten, sondern auch aktiv gegen Terroristen, Saboteure und ausländische Agenten vorgehen können. Geplant sind unter anderem Online-Durchsuchungen, Zugriffe auf Computer und Smartphones sowie Eingriffe in technische Systeme. Hintergrund sind wachsende Gefahren durch Spionage, Sabotage und hybride Angriffe. Die geplante Ausweitung der Befugnisse stößt allerdings auch auf Kritik.
