Una madre cubana, firme en su fe y en su derecho a un techo, se plantó en su propia vivienda para impedir un intento de desalojo. Entre gritos y golpes en la puerta, la mujer declaró: “Soy cristiana y amo a Dios”, dejando claro que no se dejará intimidar por los agentes del régimen.En el video, se escucha cómo uno de los represores amenaza: “Yo voy a seguir viniendo aquí todos los días”, mientras intentan romper la puerta. Lejos de retroceder, la madre se mantiene firme y continúa denunciando el abuso, visibilizando la violencia con la que actúan los esbirros de la dictadura.
Alex Otaola reaccionó cuestionando la ausencia de empatía y de protección para esta mujer cubana. El influencer preguntó dónde están aquellos que dicen preocuparse por los derechos humanos, pero guardan silencio ante la represión en la Isla. Un episodio que, para Otaola, demuestra la impunidad con la que actúa el régimen y la necesidad urgente de solidaridad real.
