JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo menyampaikan makna logo Gajah di PSI, saat pidato di Graha Saba Buana, Kota Solo, Jawa Tengah, pada Sabtu (19/7/2025)."Gajah ini adalah lambang ilmu pengetahuan. Artinya PSI adalah partai cerdas. Anggotanya, kadernya adalah kader-kader yang cerdas, anggota-anggota yang cerdas. Gajah juga melambangkan, setahu saya, melambangkan selain ilmu pengetahuan juga kebijakan," kata Jokowi.
Ia menekankan yang paling penting, gajah itu kuat dan besar.
"Oleh sebab itu, saya akan full mendukung PSI. Oleh sebab itu, saya akan bekerja keras untuk PSI," lanjutnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Jokowi berpesan agar kader PSI turun ke rakyat.
"Mesin ada, bensin ada, itu pun belum tentu kita bisa balapan dengan partai yang lain. Kalau kita tidak sering turun ke bawah (warga)," kata Jokowi.
