Ribuan pasang mata tertuju pada defile kontingen atlet dari tujuh kabupaten/kota se-Kepri, masing-masing bertekad untuk menjadi yang terbaik.
Di sela pembukaan event, Gubernur Ansar Ahmad menegaskan komitmen pemerintah provinsi dalam mendukung pengembangan bakat olahraga siswa melalui O2SN. (*)
