Con questa motivazione il presidente Sergio Mattarella ha insignito al Quirinale Mauro Glorioso dell’onorificenza di Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. Il giovane, 26 anni, nel gennaio 2023 era stato colpito ai Murazzi di Torino da una bici elettrica lanciata dall’alto, riportando una tetraplegia. Un premio anche per la presidente di Amico Sport Cuneo, la cuneese Cristina Bernardi, ha ricevuto dal capo dello Stato l’onorificenza di Ufficiale dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. Nella motivazione si legge «ha trasformato campi e palestre in luoghi di inclusione autentica».
