EP.551 如何寫年度回顧？一套經過多年驗證的模板與復盤方法
我每年公開自己的年度回顧，邁入第三年了。我在之前的文章〈如何做年度回顧和新年展望 (https://readingoutpost.com/annual-review-yearly-plan/) 〉提過，我習慣用四個經典問題來進行盤點。
1、今年有哪些事情很好？
2、今年有哪些事情不太好？
3、我從中學到了什麼？
4、我的新年目標是什麼？
然而，在 2025 年，我發現當我們面臨人生更巨大的轉型，例如從「一個人」變成「一群人」，或者從「執行者」變成「決策者」時，光是檢視「目標有沒有達成」已經不夠了。
因為，如果你只是在舊的系統裡跑得更快，你永遠無法抵達新的目的地。
因此，今年的年度回顧，我想邀請大家在回答那四個問題之前，先戴上一副「系統架構師」的眼鏡。
我們不只要看「結果」，更要看「路徑」。
