Vijay Mallya Extradition : नीरव-माल्या के प्रत्यर्पण की उल्टी गिनती शुरू ? | Nirav Modi | Tihar Jailब्रिटेन में मौजूद भारत के fugitives के extradition में अब तेज़ी आ सकती है. विजय माल्या, नीरव मोदी, हथियार कारोबारी संजय भंडारी समेत 20 भगोड़ो के प्रत्यर्पण के मामले ब्रिटेन में फंसे हुए हैं...हाल ही में तिहाड़ जेल की स्थिति को लेकर प्रत्यर्पण के कई मामले ब्रिटेन की अदालत में खारिज हो गए थे. इसीलिए ब्रिटेन की Crown Prosecution Service हाल ही में भारत आई. इस टीम ने तिहाड़ जेल का दौरा किया. इस दौरे का मकसद ब्रिटेन की अदालतों को तिहाड़ जेल की रिपोर्ट देना था. ये पता करना था कि तिहाड़ में कैदियों के लिए सुरक्षित माहौल है या नहीं. ब्रिटिश टीम ने तिहाड़ पहुंचकर जेल के कैदियों से भी बात की, जेल की सुरक्षा और हालात का निरीक्षण किया.जेल अधिकारियों ने टीम को भरोसा दिलाया कि अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो माल्या-नीरव जैसे हाईप्रोफाइल आरोपियों के लिए जेल में अलग से एनक्लेव भी बनाया जाएगा. ताकि उनकी सुरक्षा को खतरा न हो, विजय माल्या और नीरव मोदी पर धोखाधड़ी. मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और बैंक लोन डिफॉल्ट के आरोप हैं.
