Vor einem Jahr, Ende Mai 2024, ging Bayern beinahe unter. Tagelange Regenfälle ließen die Flüsse anschwellen, Dämme brachen, Menschen starben. Wie ist die Situation jetzt?Es sind Bilder, die man nicht vergisst: Überschwemmte Straßen, überflutete Häuser, Helfer, die gegen die Fluten kämpfen und verzweifelte Menschen, die mit Hubschraubern gerettet werden müssen. Vor genau einem Jahr traten nach tagelangem Regen vielerorts in Bayern Flüsse und Bäche über die Ufer. Mindestens vier Menschen kamen ums Leben, den entstandenen Schaden beziffert die Versicherungswirtschaft auf mehr als zwei Milliarden Euro. Die Staatsregierung versprach damals schnelle und unbürokratische Hilfen. Doch ist die wirklich bei allen Betroffenen angekommen?
