Betrüger hatten sich offenbar Zugang zu ihren Konten verschafft und so zweimal mehr als 30.000 Euro abgehoben. Und das, obwohl sie ein mehrstufiges Sicherheitsverfahren für den Zugriff auf ihr Konto hinterlegt hat. Nun ist die Frage: Wer kommt für den Schaden auf? Ein Anwalt sieht die Sache klar und deutlich: Die Bank haftet für den entstandenen Schaden. Doch die Postbank weigert sich die Verantwortung für den Betrugsfall zu übernehmen.
