오늘은 무려 6kg짜리 초대형 킹크랩을 먹어봤어요!

킹크랩은 지금까지 여러 번 먹어봤지만
6kg짜리는 저도 처음이라 보자마자 크기에 압도되더라구요
선물을 받았답니다 !!

특히 다리 하나하나가 웬만한 킹크랩 다리와는
비교가 안 될 정도로 굵고 묵직했어요!
다리 모양 그대로 굵고 기다란 살이 쏙 빠져나오는데
그 순간이 정말 짜릿하더라구요

입안에 넣자마자 부드럽고 촉촉한 킹크랩 살이
결대로 사르르 풀리는데 진짜 황홀했고
한 번 베어 먹어도 살이 쉽게 줄어들지 않아서
먹는 내내 만족감이 정말 컸어요

촉촉하고 탱글탱글한 킹크랩 살에
부드러운 크림소스가 듬뿍 묻으니까
고소함이 확 살아나더라구요
킹크랩 살의 은은한 단맛과 크림소스의
꾸덕하고 부드러운 맛이 정말 잘 어울렸어요

6kg 킹크랩이라 양이 많을 거라고 예상은 했지만
실제로 먹어보니까 제가 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 더 많았어요
맛이 없어서 남긴 게 아니라 너무 맛있는데도
배가 불러서 더 이상 먹을 수가 없더라구요
남은 킹크랩은 버리지 않고 냉장 보관했다가
살을 발라서 볶음밥해먹으려구요!
