木曽谷付近に謎の物体が落下し、ダンとフルハシが調査に向かう。謎の物体とは宇宙船であった。船内に入ったダンは謎の少女によって、ウルトラアイを盗まれてしまう。やがて、付近の湖から怪獣エレキングが出現する。ダンはカプセル怪獣ミクラスを立ち向かわせるが、エレキングの電気攻撃には歯が立たない！
