[FULL] Deretan Tuntutan KSPN Demo Depan Istana Negara, Minta Presiden Prabowo Lakukan Ini
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Nusantara atau KSPN menggelar demo di depan Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, Minggu (1/6/2025).Barisan buruh memulai demo dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya.
Aksi unjuk rasa meminta pemerintah merespons serius terkait gelombang pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) di Indonesia.
"19 juta lapangan kerja yang dijanjikan akan menjadi 19 juta pekerja yang ter-PHK,” tulis salah satu spanduk yang dibawa KSPN Majalengka.
Presiden KSPN Ristadi menyampaikan dari atas mobil komando meminta perhatian pemerintah terkait PHK besar-besaran.
“Pemerintah matanya harus melek,” kata Ristadi.
Ristadi pun membeberkan poin tuntutannya dalam demo, di antaranya:
1.Atas situasi ini maraknya barang impor yang menguasai pasar dalam negeri dan menghancurkan produsen dalam negeri, perusahaan tidak kuat akan tutup kita tidak akan biarkan. Kita menegaskan wahai pak Presiden Prabowo tunjukkan keberanianmu, tangkap dan hukum pelaku-pelakunya.
2.Kita juga meminta segera keluarkan tanda tangani revisi peraturan Menteri Perdagangan no 8 tahun 2024. kalau aturannya bagus ada payung hukum yang baik. Meski di negeri kita praktek pelaksanaan aturan Undang-undang banyak diakali.
3.Kita meminta tingkatkan pengawasan, tegakkan hukum ketenagakerjaan, korban PHK terus berjalan. Pak Presiden Prabowo cegah PHK, lindungi kawan-kawan kami yang terkena PHK.
“Pesangon belum dapat, pekerjaan belum dapat, keluarganya hidup memprihatinkan,” katanya.
