오늘은 정말 오랜만에 킹크랩이에요!
입에 넣자마자 굉장히 부드럽고 촉촉한게
역시 이름 앞에 '킹'이 왜 붙는지 바로 알겠더라구요

겉은 탄탄한데 안은 촉촉해서
씹을 때마다 바다의 감칠맛이 퍼지고
퍽퍽함은 전혀 없이 결이 살아 있었어요

무엇보다 설탕 같은 단맛이 아니라
해산물 특유의 깊고 은은한 자연의 단맛이 기가 막혔어요
짠맛도 과하지 않아서 그냥 먹어도 간이 딱 맞는 느낌!

그래서 굳이 양념이나 소스가
필요 없다는 생각이 들 정도였어요

하이라트는 바로 내장이었는데요!!
입에 넣자마자 버터처럼 부드럽게 퍼지면서
고소함이 입안 전체를 감싸는거 있죠?!!
그리고 뒤에서 천천히 올라오는
은은한 단맛이 진짜 엄지척!

그냥 짠맛 위주의 내장이 아니라
고소함 + 감칠맛 + 살짝 달큰함이 환상적이었어요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
