I was always disappointed that Bungie decided to early nerf Still Hunt back when this was first possible, despite saying it wouldn't be until a few weeks later. I had my schedule planned to do it the week after it ended up being nerfed, so I never got a chance to do it. After that I admittedly got put off doing solo raid challenges, as it felt pointless to miss out because they changed their timelines, but I always wanted to get this done when it was possible again. Finally, it is.

This was with the pre-nerf ambition orbs, which obviously made it a lot easier. I decided to use them as 99% of people don't care about it, partly because I was too lazy to grind master VoG for the adept hezen, but mainly because it was already an artifact dependant challenge. If we got solo op in act 3 that would still be considered "legit" over ambition orbs, so spending 5-10x extra time grinding for a no orb kill seemed like a pointless endeavour to me. Either way, I'm sure there will be more possible strategies in the future as we're constantly power creeping the game. It's not a very difficult solo at its core, especially not mechanically, just a time sink getting the perfect setup for final and hoping you don't hit a Chieftain projectile.

Tomorrow I'll have one more video, while not a raid challenge, it seems like a fitting end to this series. I'll also have a final compilation with all of the raid solo encounters to round it all out before Edge of Fate.

30/30.
