Istana Mini merupakan bangunan bekas kantor pemerintahan VOC di Banda Neira. Letak Istana Mini tidak jauh dari Benteng Nassau, yakni di kecamatan Banda, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Maluku. Istana Mini merupakan salah satu bangunan cagar budaya peninggalan masa kolonial yang didirikan oleh Belanda di Banda Neira pada 1622.Bangunan Istana Mini berbentuk segi empat yang simetris, dengan teras depan yang luas. Di area ini, terdapat bangunan utama dan dua bangunan sandingan. Di Istana Mini juga masih dapat dijumpai meriam-meriam buatan VOC.
