27 апреля 2026 года вышла статья в одном из авторитетных научных журналов - PNAS (https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2537697123). Исследование внесло важный вклад для изучения культурной пшеницы, еще один паззл встал на свое место. Родиной мягкой пшеницы, по всей видимости, о чем говорят данные статьи, является современная территория Грузии. И это меняет и расширяет наши представления о «колыбели цивилизации», которые раньше ограничивались лишь территорией Плодородного полумесяца.
