Uno dei punti su cui insiste è la decisione di non utilizzare il #Taser, pur essendo a disposizione degli agenti. Secondo il difensore, proprio questa scelta dimostrerebbe la volontà di evitare rischi ulteriori. Bordoni: "Molte volte si sono verificati episodi che purtroppo hanno portato a conseguenze drammatiche, molto gravi, per l'uso di questo strumento", afferma.
"In questo caso specifico, viste le condizioni in cui si trovava Fakir, i miei assistenti hanno ritenuto opportuno non utilizzarlo, e credo che abbiano fatto una scelta assolutamente rigorosa e intelligente".
