Kades Kohod Didenda Rp 48 M Buntut Tanggung Jawab atas Pembangunan Pagar Laut Tangerang
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan, Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, menjatuhkan denda 48 miliar rupiah kepada kepala desa dan perangkat desa Kohod.Keduanya terbukti sebagai penanggung jawab pembangunan pagar laut di Kabupaten Tangerang.
Hal ini disampaikan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan saat rapat dengan Komisi IV DPR RI di Jakarta. Menteri Sakti menyebut Kepala Desa Kohod, Arsin, dan perangkat desa berinisial T terbukti sebagai penanggung jawab pembangunan pagar laut di Kabupaten Tangerang.
Keduanya telah mengakui kesalahannya dan bersedia membayar denda yang telah ditetapkan.
