Police in London have arrested three men accused of spying for Russia, shortly after the British government labelled Moscow as public enemy number one. Concern is rising across the UK and Europe over increasing Russian hostility. A new report suggests Moscow targets London not due to Britain’s strength, but because it views the country as strategically weak. TRT World's Joel Flynn reports from London.
