Penyitaan dilakukan terkait kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang di PT Pertamina (Persero), Subholding, dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) pada 2011-2023.
Rumah yang disita berdiri di atas lahan 6.500 meter persegi di kawasan Perumahan Rancamaya Golf Estate, Jalan Bunga Raya Nomor 9, 10, dan 11, Kelurahan Kertamaya, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan.
Pantauan di lokasi, Rabu (27/8/2025), bangunan tersebut tampak megah dengan pilar besar dan beberapa unit rumah yang dipisahkan gerbang.
Kondisi rumah terlihat sepi tanpa aktivitas.
Hanya ada satu mobil berwarna hitam yang terparkir di depan rumah.
Di pintu gerbang dipasang plang berwarna merah bertuliskan penyitaan oleh Kejagung.
Selain plang, stiker bertuliskan “Disegel oleh Penyidik Jampidsus” juga menempel di beberapa bagian bangunan.
Di sisi lain, terdapat area bermain anak dan dua kanopi besar, namun suasananya tetap lengang.
Tulisan di plang menyebutkan tanah dan bangunan tersebut resmi disita oleh penyidik Kejagung.
