Romahurmuzy Tolak SK Menkum soal Penetapan Mardiono Jadi Ketum PPP, Nilai Ada Kecacatan Hukum

Penolakan itu dilayangkan oleh Ketua Majelis Pertimbangan PPP, Romahurmuziy (Rommy), Ketua Majelis Kehormatan PPP Zarkasih Nur, Ketua Majelis Syariah Mustafa Aqil Siraj, hingga Ketua Majelis Pakar PPP Prijino Tjiptoherjianto, Kamis (2/10).
Mereka berpendapat bahwa SK Menkum cacat hukum karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang diatur dalam Permenkumham Nomor 34 Tahun 2017.
Adapun hal itu dipicu dari tidak adanya "Surat Keterangan tidak dalam perselisihan internal Partai Politik" dari Mahkamah Partai.
Selain itu SK Menkum juga bertentangan dengan keputusan Silaturahmi Nasional Alim Ulama PPP, (8/9/2025) di Ponpes KHAS Kempek, Cirebon.
Rommy juga menilai klaim aklamasi Mardiono dalam Muktamar X PPP tidak pernah terjadi.
Hal itu karena muktamirin sudah secara konstitusional memutuskan Agus Suparmanto sebgai Ketua Umum PPP.
Keputusan itu bahkan sudah didukung oleh para ulama yang menolak PPP di bawah kepemimpinan Mardiono.
Oleh karena itu, pengurus PPP sepakat menyatakan akan melakukan langkah politik, administratif hingga langkah hukum agar SK Menkum dibatalkan.
Adapun Ketum dan Sekjen PPP yang sah pada Kamis kemarin dilaporkan sudah menirimkan surat permohonan audiensi sekaligus melayangkan surat permohonan audiensi hingga keberatan kepada Menkum Supratman Andi Atgas.
Mereka juga turut menepis pernyataan Menkum yang mengaku tak mengetahui adanya pendaftaran kepengurusan lain.
Pasalnya menurut mereka, pendaftaran resmi sudah dilakukan Sekjen Taj Yasin pada Rabu (1/10), dan diterima langsung oleh staf Menteri di kantor Kemenkum, bahkan disiarkan langsung oleh sejumlah media.
Oleh karena itu mereka mendesak Menkum untuk menunjukkan SK Partai sesuai yang disyarakatkan oleh Permenkumham Nomor 34 tahun 2017.
