A Grazzano Badoglio (Asti), nel cuore del Monferrato, Guido Carlo Alleva guida il recupero della Tenuta Santa Caterina, riportata in vita circa 25 anni fa attraverso un intervento che ha coinvolto borgo, vigne e strutture storiche. Tra queste spicca l’infernot, antica cantina scavata nel sottosuolo, simbolo della tradizione locale. Il progetto ha coniugato restauro architettonico e rilancio agricolo in chiave sostenibile, trasformando il vino in una leva per lo sviluppo turistico del territorio. Negli ultimi anni è stato inoltre realizzato un relais pensato per offrire un’esperienza immersiva, con orto a km zero e un approccio agronomico orientato al biologico, per far conoscere i territori del vino “dall’interno”.
