I didn't notice what was happening with the circling around attack at the time, but once you learn the fight it's all very manageable.
As these are after I've already cleared the game, I'll balance each of these individually out so they'd be on par with the experience you'd have when first facing them, if not slightly slower. Using lower level weapons, avoiding levelling up or picking up artifacts, or negative modifiers to make them worse.
