Dari lima tersangka tersebut terdapat nama pengusaha tambang terkenal di Bengkulu, Bebby Hussy yang ikut ditangkap bersama sang anak, Saskya Hussy.
Penetapan tersangka ini dilakukan pada Rabu (23/7) seusai kelimanya diperiksa oleh penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejati Bengkulu selama 11 jam
Sebelumnya, tim penyidik Pidsus Kejati Bengkulu juga telah melakukan penggeledahan di tiga lokasi pada Kamis (17/7).
