Rosilene Nascimento é juíza do trabalho, professora, pesquisadora e uma das vozes mais potentes da atualidade quando o assunto é justiça social na era digital. Mulher negra, mineira, filha de uma família operária, ela foi a primeira de sua família a conquistar um diploma universitário — um feito que representa não apenas superação pessoal, mas também um marco coletivo de resistência, afeto e transformação.
Mestre em Direito pela UFMG, atua como formadora em Letramento Racial e Julgamento com Perspectiva de Gênero e Raça, qualificada pela Escola Nacional da Magistratura. Integra ainda a Comissão de Estudos Relativos a Questões de Raça no Direito Internacional, no Direito Brasileiro e na Sociedade, ampliando o debate sobre equidade nos espaços de poder e nas estruturas institucionais.
