Seminario sobre la Guerra Cognitiva en Venezuela, con ponentes que analizaron cómo esta estrategia se ha desarrollado desde la agresión militar contra el país, particularmente tras el bombardeo del 3 de enero contra el presidente Nicolás Maduro y la primera dama Cilia Flores. Los ponentes, entre los que se encontraban Irene León, Pedro Penso y Luis Delgado, debatieron sobre cómo la guerra cognitiva se diferencia de las formas tradicionales de guerra al dirigirse directamente al cerebro y a los comportamientos humanos, utilizando tecnologías digitales, desinformación y operaciones psicológicas para fragmentar la sociedad y controlar la mente de las poblaciones. Los participantes abordaron los efectos de esta guerra sobre la subjetividad colectiva, la importancia de la soberanía tecnológica y digital, y la necesidad de desarrollar estrategias para defendernos contra estos ataques, incluyendo la construcción de comunidades organizadas y la creación de narrativas alternativas que refuercen la resistencia colectiva.
