PLO | Nga ‘răn đe hạt nhân’ nếu Mỹ có các hành động ‘đổ thêm dầu vào lửa’ | Ngày 11-6, Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Nga Sergey Ryabkov cảnh báo rằng Nga có khả năng sẽ thay đổi học thuyết hạt nhân nếu “các hành động leo thang” của Mỹ và các đồng minh của Washington dồn Moscow vào nước đi này, đài RT đưa tin. Ông Ryabkov nói rằng tình hình quốc tế ngày càng trở nên phức tạp và do đó Nga không thể loại trừ khả năng thay đổi học thuyết hạt nhân trong bối cảnh hiện tại.“Những thách thức đang gia tăng do những hành động leo thang và không thể chấp nhận được của Mỹ và Tổ chức Hiệp ước Bắc Đại Tây Dương (NATO) đang đặt ra câu hỏi về việc [Nga] phải làm thế nào để điều chỉnh chính sách răn đe hạt nhân để phù hợp hơn với nhu cầu hiện tại” - ông Ryabkov nói. Vị thứ trưởng Nga không nói rõ khả năng thay đổi cụ thể là về nội dung gì trong học thuyết, giải thích rằng Moscow thường không thảo luận về những thay đổi có thể trước khi đưa ra quyết định chính thức.
