Петр Павел звернувся до чехів на третю річницю вторгнення Росії в Україну
Кілька тисяч людей вийшли на Староміську площу у Празі на мітинг під назвою «Разом за Україну», щоб вшанувати третю річницю від початку повномасштабної війни Росії проти України.Перед присутніми виступили чеський президент Петр Павел, посол України в Чехії Василь Зварич, а також чеські правозахисники та митці.
«З того що сталося, гадаю, цілком зрозуміло, хто агресор, хто порушив міжнародне право та хто жертва, на стороні якої ми мали б стояти. Хоча б тому, що міжнародне право оберігає так само й нас. А якщо дозволимо його компрометацію, якщо винагородимо агресора, то рано чи пізно це торкнеться і нас», – сказав Петр Павел, виступаючи зі сцени мітингу.
Також в межах події чеська співачка і авторка пісень Анна Ваверкова виконала українську народну пісню «Пливе кача по Тисині».
«Ми обрали цю народну пісню через її символізм, ми хочемо показати повагу до всіх загиблих українських героїв. З часів Майдану її грають на похованнях в Україні, де загинуло багато молодих людей», – розповіла одна з організаторок події режисерка Амалія Коларжова.
