Chủ tịch Thượng viện Nga Valentina Matviyenko lên tiếng về trường hợp khả năng Moscow sử dụng vũ khí hạt nhân cũng như toàn bộ vũ khí của Nga. Phát biểu tại Diễn đàn Kinh tế Quốc tế St. Petersburg (Nga) hôm 7-6, Chủ tịch Thượng viện Nga - bà Valentina Matviyenko khẳng định rằng Moscow sẽ không bao giờ sử dụng vũ khí hạt nhân trừ khi có mối đe dọa ảnh hưởng trực tiếp sự tồn tại của nước Nga, theo hãng thông tấn TASS. “Nước Nga sẽ chỉ dùng vũ khí hạt nhân nếu thực sự nhận thấy mối đe dọa nghiêm trọng đối với an ninh, chủ quyền đất nước. Khi đó, không chỉ vũ khí hạt nhân, chúng tôi sẽ dùng toàn bộ vũ khí mình có để bảo vệ đất nước” - bà Matviyenko nói. Bà Matviyenko khẳng định rằng hiện tại bà không cảm nhận được bất kỳ mối đe dọa nào về một cuộc chiến tranh hạt nhân. Bà Matviyenko nhấn mạnh rằng những cảnh báo về một cuộc chiến tranh như vậy chủ yếu xuất phát từ các nước phương Tây, với mục đích chính là "lừa dối dư luận" rằng Nga đang có ý định phát động một cuộc chiến tranh bằng vũ khí hạt nhân.#nga #moscow #chutichthuongviennga #vukhihatnhan
