Hal itu ia sampaikan melalui unggahan video di akun TikTok-nya @dedimulyadiofficial pada Senin (29/9/2029).
Dedi menegaskan tidak akan menoleransi pembangunan berkualitas buruk, apalagi proyek yang menggunakan anggaran pemerintah.
"Pembangunan bendungan kecil di kawasan irigasi Cisomang, dan kualitasnya sangat buruk. Itu anggaran dari Dinas PSDA," ujar Dedi.
Dedi pun langsung menghubungi Bupati Purwakarta Saepul Bahri Binzein untuk memastikan kondisi di lapangan.
Zein yang sudah berada di lokasi menjelaskan bahwa proyek tersebut bernilai Rp 1,8 miliar, dilaksanakan oleh pihak ketiga, yaitu CP Nara Jaya asal Garut.
Menurutnya, kualitas pekerjaan memang menjadi alasan warga melakukan protes.
"Kualitasnya asal-asalan, dikerjakan hanya dipoles-poles," kata Zein.
Mendengar hal itu, Dedi meminta agar pembangunan dihentikan.
"Jangan dibayar Kecuali Dibongkar ulang dan di Bangun ulang. Saya turunkan inspektorat ke lokasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan," sambung Dedi.
Ia pun mengingatkan agar kontraktor tidak main-main dengan proyek pemerintah.
