PASURUAN, KOMPAS.TV - Suasana duka menyelimuti kedatangan korban kapal tenggelam KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya asal Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur, Sabtu (13/7/2025) sore.Isak tangis keluarga tak terbendung saat jenazah Muhlason tiba di rumah duka.
Di mata keluarga, Muhlason dikenal sebagai sosok pekerja keras dan penyayang keluarga.
Muhlason diketahui berangkat ke Bali untuk mengirim pesanan mebel bersama juragannya. Namun nahas, kapal yang mereka tumpangi tenggelam pada 2 Juli di Selat Bali.
Jenazah Muhlason ditemukan tim SAR di perairan Bali setelah 10 hari dinyatakan hilang.
Muhlason berhasil diidentifikasi setelah dikenali dari pakaian yang digunakan serta tanda lahir di tubuhnya.
Kecocokan identitas diperkuat melalui hasil tes DNA.
Hingga kini, 17 korban KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya masih dalam pencarian.
Tim SAR memperluas area pencarian ke arah selatan Selat Bali mengikuti arah arus dan temuan korban sebelumnya.
