SURABAYA, KOMPAS.TV- Sempat viral video penyelamatan Haical dan Yusuf oleh Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan atau DPKP Kota Surabaya, di Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoziny Sidoarjo, 30 September 2025.Adapun Abdul Aziz salah satu tim DPKP mengungkapkan pada awak Kompas TV, Kamis, 9 Oktober 2025, bahwa ia merasa haru saat berhasil menyelamatkan para santri dari balik reruntuhan.
Abdil Aziz bercerita bagaimana prosesnya merayap menembus puing-puing dari robohan gedung Musala Ponpes Al-Khoziny. Satu per satu ia ajak komunikasi para korban di lokasi itu, hingga akhirnya seluruh proses evakuasi selesai dilakukan.
