• Fünf Muskel-Stars leben mit Fitnessgeräten eingesperrt in einem Käfig – mindestens 72 Stunden.
• Sie trainieren rund um die Uhr.
• Kein Bett. Keine Dusche. Keine Privatsphäre.
• Über 40 Kameras begleiten jede Wiederholung, jede Strategie, jeden Zusammenbruch.• Gewertet wird jedes bewegte Kilogramm – ob an Geräten oder mit eigenem Körpergewicht (Liegestütze, Klimmzüge, Kniebeugen).
