Благородный и всеми любимый полицейский Рамаш (Карибидис), благодаря которому в городе Хурмада царит мир и порядок, вступает в борьбу с хитрыми алчным бандитом Шамаром (Галустян)
Воспитанный приемными родителями Шамар устраивает в городе серию преступлений, и Рамаш встает на защиту Хурмады. В ходе активного противостояния выясняется, что Рамаш и Шамар - разлученные в детстве братья
Расследование братьев выводит их на след виновника великого пожара, который унес жизни родителей Рамаша и Шамара. Им оказывается главный меценат и покровитель Хурмады - Сандурлай, с которым им предстоит сразиться.
