BALBEY MAHALLESİ'NİN KENTSEL DÖNÜŞÜMÜNÜ BAŞLATTIK
Balbey Mahallesi’nde başlattığımız kentsel yenileme projesi ile şehrin tarihi dokusunu modern bir yapıyla buluşturmayı hedefledik. 30 yıldır çözümsüz kalan sorunları başarılı bir planlama süreciyle geride bırakarak ilk kazmayı 15 Mart 2024’te vurduk. Projenin kamusallaştırma süreçlerini tamamlarken, eski yapıları yıkarak yeni bir dönem için ihale sürecini başlattık. Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi şirketlerinden ANTEPE A.Ş tarafından uygulanan bu projede, 22.000 m2’lik inşaat alanı üzerinde yapılacak olan çalışmalar ile şehre 500 milyon TL’lik bir yatırım sağlanmasını amaçladık. Balbey Mahallesi’nin bu proje ile sadece fiziksel olarak değişmesini değil, aynı zamanda şehrin kalbinde yer alan bu bölgenin yeni bir cazibe merkezine dönerek Antalya’nın sosyo-ekonomik yapısını güçlendirmesini planladık.
