Seorang bocah SD bernama Ilham Ramadhan (8) menulis surat yang menyentuh hati jelang pembagian rapor di SDN Cikuya 1, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Pasalnya, surat tersebut ditujukan untuk polisi yang berisi permintaan ingin ditemani ambil rapor. Ternyata, ada kisah pilu di balik surat itu. Terungkap bahwa Ilham rupanya telah ditinggalkan sang ayah sejak ia berusia empat bulan. Awal mula surat itu sampai ke kepolisian adalah saat Polresta Bandung menjalankan program Goes to School dan bertemu wali kelas Ilham.Sang wali kelas menyebut bahwa ada salah satu muridnya membuat surat untuk polisi. Diketahui, Ilham menulis surat saat wali kelasnya meminta seluruh murid menuliskan keinginan, harapan atau cita-cita. Mimpi Ilham agar rapornya diambilkan polisi pun akhirnya terwujud. Yang lebih menghangatkan hati, kini Ilham disebut akan diangkat menjadi anak asuh sang polisi.
