«Ci sono dei momenti in cui il dolore ti acceca. Quando ho visto il corpo di mio fratello immobile per terra il mondo mi è crollato addosso, il buio mi ha inghiottita. La disperazione mi ha fatto urlare una parola terribile, ho detto che volevo vendetta. Ma quella parola non appartiene al mio cuore». Katia Fakir è la sorella di Abderrahim, il 42enne morto domenica scorsa al Pilastro durante l’intervento di due agenti di polizia. La donna è arrivata con il fratello e la nipote alla veglia di preghiera organizzata dalla comunità marocchina al Pilastro, proprio davanti al cantiere blindato del Muba. «Non vogliamo vendetta, la vendetta porta solo altra rabbia e dolore in una città che è già ferita — ha detto la donna —. Mio fratello non merita di essere ricordato in mezzo al caos. Quello che vogliamo è solo giustizia, verità nelle aule di tribunale, vogliamo che chi ha sbagliato si assuma le proprie responsabilità.
