TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Terduga pelaku mutilasi seorang pria di Garut dikenal sebagai orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ).Peristiwa ini diketahui warga di mana mayat korban sesama ODGJ dimasukkan ke dalam karung.
Terduga pelaku diketahui bernama Erus (23) warga Kampung Kubang, Desa Margamulya, Cisompet, Garut.
Erus ditangkap di hari yang sama ditemukannya mayat termutilasi.
Warga yang mengenal Erus bernama Agus mengatakan, masyarakat memang telah mengenal pelaku sebagai ODGJ sejak lama.
Erus disebut tidak lancar dalam berkomunikasi dan hanya jalan setiap hari.
